Djuma private game reserve

Djuma Game Reserve, part of the Sabi Sand Game reserve in South Africa, offers guests the choice of two luxury safari lodges: from the magnificent Bush Lodge, as well as the unique Vuyatela.

Djuma, named from the Shangaan word meaning "roar of the lion" is renowned for the many predators that roam the area, as well as the abundance of general game and bird-life. Djuma is located in the prestigious Sabi Sand Game Reserve. There are no fences between the Sabi Sand and the Kruger Park, thus Djuma is incorporated into the vast Kruger Park ecosystem. The Djuma Game Reserve has access to 10,000 hectares (22,000 acres) of African savannah.
